I do my homework. I will do my best to find out as much detail as possible from the listing agent. For example, if we know how long the seller has lived in the house, why they’re moving, how quickly they want to move, we can craft an offer most likely to appeal to them. Some sellers are more motivated by timeline, while others may be emotionally invested in the transaction. Others may have an opinion about which service providers (like title company) we use throughout the transaction.
A good rug does so much to soften, warm up, and add texture to a space.
