We recently had a chance to sit down and chat with Charlotte Realtor, Andy Griesinger.
Q: It’s an honor to speak with you today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
Q: Why did you decide to follow a career in real estate?
Always loved real estate and loved the idea of helping people every day.
Q: As a real estate professional, what is one of the challenges you face in the industry? How do you overcome them?
The biggest challenge is managing my time. I stick to my calendar because if it’s not on the calendar it doesn’t exist!
Q: What do you enjoy most about your day-to-day job?
I love having the ability to network more than any other job I’ve ever had. Being in front of so many people every day is thrilling to me. I love meeting new people so that’s one of the best parts.
Q: Thank you for sharing. Could you elaborate on the role of social media in your business?
It’s played a major role! I have worked with numerous buyers and sellers because of social media. I began intentionally building up my social media platforms in 2018 and have thoroughly enjoyed growing it every day!
Q: In your experience, what are some common misconceptions about the real estate market and some of the recent shifts, and how do you help clients navigate these misunderstandings?
Pretty much anything in the news. People blindly follow whatever news anchors say and have no clue what’s actually going on in the local Charlotte market.
Q: What do you see as the future of the real estate market and how are you preparing yourself and your clients for what's to come?
We’re going to be very tech forward. The technology we have access to now as realtors is pretty amazing. That’s not going to replace realtors, but it’ll significantly impact how we do our job.
